1. Look up the item you need on the app.
- Use the JewelTrace App Showcase OR
- Just type in the SKU number
- And then click:
2. Pick up your JewelTrace scanner
Take a walk around the store with your superlight JewelTrace handheld scanner.
Don't run! The RFID handheld will do the running for you.
3. Locate your item using the JewelTrace Locate detection dial
(it’s a bit like playing the kid’s game Hot or Cold)
- Dial is red when the item is nowhere near.
- Dial is yellow indicates that you are getting closer to your item....
- Dial is green means your item is located next to you.
Red: Item is not here
Green: Item Located!
